1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Innovate App’s website (https://innovateapp.site/) and related services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

Innovate App provides end-to-end mobile application solutions including:

• Custom Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
• UI/UX Strategy, Wireframing & Design
• App Deployment, Store Submission & Maintenance
• Advanced Features: Push Notifications, In-App Analytics, API Integrations

3. Subscription & Payment

All package fees are billed according to the selected plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Payments are due in advance via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card. Detailed pricing and inclusions are displayed on our Pricing page.

- Invoices: Issued electronically upon plan selection.
- Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly interest if not received within 15 days of invoice date.
- Taxes: All fees exclude applicable GST or other regional taxes, which will be added at checkout.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your project up to 48 hours before the official project kick-off call for a full refund. After the project has commenced, partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, proportional to the work completed.

To request cancellation or refund, contact billing@innovateapp.site with your project details and reason for cancellation.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide clear project requirements, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have rights or licenses for any content (images, text, code) you supply.
• Securely store your credentials; Innovate App is not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised login information.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and deliverables produced by Innovate App remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership and usage rights transfer to you. Innovate App retains the right to showcase non-confidential project elements in our portfolio.

Any third-party libraries or assets will be governed by their own licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

Innovate App may integrate third-party APIs or services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). We are not responsible for their performance, uptime, or security. You agree to abide by any additional terms those providers impose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INNOVATE APP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATE APP’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
